Smead Product Review

A few weeks ago I was contacted by Shoplet.com to review three different Smead products.  I jumped at the chance because I’m always looking for new office supplies. 

As a teacher, I seem to be constantly running out of file folders, so I was excited about the box of Smead SuperTab Heavyweight Folders that I received.   

I could feel the difference in the quality the moment I picked one of them up.  They are heavyweight and will prove to be much sturdier than the ones I have used in the past.   Another plus to these folders is the larger label size! They come in boxes of 50 and sell for about $10.

 I don’t normally use expanding pocket folders, but I was pleasantly pleased with the Smead Easy Grip Pocket.  

I think I might to have to add these to my list of “have to have” office/teacher supplies.  I was able to put all my student's reading folders in one and they fit easily without being stuffed into it. These folders can expand up to 3 ½"!  How awesome is that?? These folders will come in very handy for those times I need even more space.  I quickly noticed that the Easy Grip allowed me to pick up the entire folder without worry that it might slip out of my hand. Very nice!  The Smead Easy Grip Pocket Folders are sold in boxes of 25 for a little over $30. However, if you buy more…you can save a few bucks. 

Smead FasTab Hanging File Folders come in a box of 20 and sell for around $15. 

They are reinforced so they are extremely durable.  Some of my hanging folder have buckled from the weight of the items they have in them, so I will be replacing them with these durable folders.  A definite plus to these folders is that you don’t need to add the plastic labels to them beause they have a heavy-duty built-in tab on the folder itself.  You can choose to write on the label…or print on labels and attach them.  Love it!  They are taller than all my other hanging folders and I wish that they weren't.  But...I'll get over it.  The green also isn't my favorite color either.

Medline Product Review

     Recently I received some Medline Products in the mail and I would like to tell you about them.

     Who doesn’t love a great cleanser??? Remedy Hydrating Cleansing Foam is in a liquid form. I love the fact that it can be used to clean your entire body ... including your hair!! It also doesn’t have to be rinsed off which is plus for sure. It has an ingredient called Phytoplex which is basically a mixture of all-natural, plant-based ingredients. I have used it daily for the past 3 weeks and I'm loving it!

   

     I was very eager to try the Nourishing Skin Cream.  I have extremely dry skin and was anxious to see if this would provide the much need moisture they needed. I must say I was not disappointed by this product. Within a short time, I knew I wanted to use this product daily to help with my dry hands. My husband’s hands are much worse than mine, so I let him try some too. He loved it. Seriously! He is a mechanic and his hands are cracked, split and basically an awful mess! This was some pretty amazing stuff. I have tried it for the past 2 weeks and I definitely notice a huge difference in my hands. Love it… and will be restocking this soon!

 

The Remedy Hydraguard Skin Cream also contains has Phytoplex. As advertised on the product itself, the 24% silicone blend does leave a breathable, water-resistant film on your body that is LONG-LASTING!  I love that I don't have to keep reapplying the product.

Next up is the Flushable Wipes.  My husband is a total freak about things being biodegradable and flushable. Trust me, it doesn’t take much to cause problems in our toilet, so this was definitely something I was interested in trying. They are thick, strong, and a larger size than most wipes. They are also wonderful for those with sensitive skin.
